During a fleeting 2–3-week bloom each March–April, Citrus sinensis groves on Mexico’s Gulf and Pacific coasts erupt with fragrant white blossoms. Bees foraging exclusively on this nectar craft a White-grade orange-blossom honey, pale straw, nearly water-clear. Lighter than Extra Light Amber, it offers maximum clarity for beverages and formulations where color purity matters.
Crisp citrus-floral flavor & silky crystallization
Aroma begins with fresh orange zest, glides into soft jasmine and a whisper of vanilla. Flavor opens bright and citrus, settles into a smooth honeyed body, then finishes clean and dry, no molasses heft. A moderate fructose-to-glucose ratio keeps the honey fluid for weeks; natural crystallization yields fine, soft crystals that spread easily. Warm gently (~38 °C / 100 °F) to restore a silky pour without flavor loss.
Pure, Raw & Unfiltered integrity
Hives sit within 3 km of the groves; frames are hand-uncapped, spun at ambient temperature, and coarse-strained only, no pasteurization, no ultrafiltration. Forty-eight hours of gravity settling lift air bubbles while preserving pollen, enzymes and delicate citrus volatiles.
3,267-lb IBC tote advantages
-
Maximum economy – One reusable, food-grade IBC tote (~1,482 kg) replaces five drums or dozens of pails, slashing unit cost and packaging waste.
-
High-volume flow – 2-in. bottom discharge valve mates with sanitary hoses for rapid, pump-fed production; 6-in. top manway simplifies CIP and visual inspection.
-
Pallet-smart logistics – Steel-cage design fits a standard 48 × 40 in. footprint with four-way forklift pockets, stacking securely and moving fast on busy docks.
-
Scarcity hedge – Filling one tote drains several orchards; reserving now secures year-round supply before the next 11-month wait.

Do not feed honey to infants under 1 year of age.
A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization
Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.
Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.
Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.
Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.
To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
