100% Satisfaction Guarantee

At Honey Blossom, we stand behind the quality of our honey. Every order is prepared and shipped according to the product description, specifications, size, and variety listed on our website.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@thehoneyblossom.com within 30 days of receiving your order so our team can review the situation and work with you toward a fair resolution.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised on our website.

Because honey is a natural product, color, texture, aroma, and flavor may vary depending on floral source, season, harvest, and origin. These natural variations are part of real honey and do not qualify as a product defect when the product received matches the item purchased and the specifications listed on our website.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed automatically. We may request photos, order information, product details, or that the item be returned before approving any resolution.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Used, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for a refund unless we determine there was a verified quality issue.

Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund directly through Honey Blossom. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their return policy.

Honey Blossom reserves the right to deny refund requests where the product was delivered as described, where the concern is based only on personal taste preference, or where the request falls outside the terms of this policy.

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

A Campanita flower, and a hexagon demonstrating the white hue

Campanita Honey is produced from the dawn-opening blossoms of Ipomoea pes-caprae, the beach morning-glory vine that stabilizes sandy dunes along the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. Its “water-white” clarity signals a delicately flavored varietal—light honeys are generally milder and more neutral than their darker counterparts—making Campanita a go-to sweetener when color or flavor neutrality matters.

Whisper-light flavor & slow crystallization

The flavor arrives as a clean ripple of nectar with the faintest coastal-flower note, then vanishes without after-taste. A naturally high fructose-to-glucose ratio keeps the honey fluid for extended periods; like other very light honeys (e.g., acacia), it is slow to crystallize, remaining pourable even in cold storage. Should fine crystals form, a brief warm-water bath returns it to glass-clear liquid without damaging enzymes.

Pure, Raw & Unfiltered integrity

Our honey is simply coarse-strained—never pasteurized or ultra-filtered—so it retains bee pollen, live enzymes and antioxidant polyphenols that processing can strip away. Raw honey “retains most of the beneficial nutrients and antioxidants that it naturally contains” compared with regular, heat-treated honey.

60-lb bucket advantages

  • Designed for production – Heavy-duty, food-grade pail with tear-strip lid fits standard bucket pumps and dolly rings.

  • Economical scale – Replaces sixty retail jars, cutting unit cost and packaging waste while streamlining inventory counts.

  • Logistics-friendly – Stackable, pallet-ready dimensions reduce freight costs; resealable lid guards against moisture pick-up between pulls.

Culinary versatility

  • Beverages – Dissolves instantly in iced teas, cold brew, lemonades or craft cocktails without clouding the glass.

  • Finish & drizzle – Adds a dewy gloss over fresh fruit, yogurt bowls or mild cheeses like ricotta and chèvre.

  • Bakery & sauces – Keeps lemon bars, muffins and cookies moist; blends seamlessly into vinaigrettes, whipped honey butters and clear glazes.

  • Wellness blends – Ideal for ginger-turmeric shots or honey-lemon infusions where strong flavors could overwhelm delicate botanicals.

Why choose our Campanita Honey 60-lb Bucket?

Choose Campanita when you need the brightest hue, the cleanest taste, and a hassle-free pour at scale. Its water-white color leaves beverages crystal-clear; its slow-crystallizing nature keeps pumps and squeeze bottles flowing; and raw handling secures the nutrient story modern consumers seek. One production-size bucket delivers nature’s lightest touch of sweetness—nothing heavy, nothing extra—ready to elevate every batch with effortless elegance.

A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

  • Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.

  • Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.

  • Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
