Because honey is a natural product, color, texture, aroma, and flavor may vary depending on floral source, season, harvest, and origin. These natural variations are part of real honey and do not qualify as a product defect when the product received matches the item purchased and the specifications listed on our website.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed automatically. We may request photos, order information, product details, or that the item be returned before approving any resolution.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Used, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for a refund unless we determine there was a verified quality issue.

Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund directly through Honey Blossom. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their return policy.

Honey Blossom reserves the right to deny refund requests where the product was delivered as described, where the concern is based only on personal taste preference, or where the request falls outside the terms of this policy.

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

Coffee Blossom Honey is drawn from the fleeting, star-shaped blooms of Coffea arabica and Coffea canephora high in the coffee belts of Chiapas, Veracruz and Guatemala. Its light-amber glow sits between water-white and dark classics—bringing gentle color without the heaviness of darker honeys, yet more character than ultra-pale varietals. The hue hints at volcanic-soil minerals while preserving a clean, floral profile.

Layered flavor & slow crystallization

Expect bright jasmine and honeysuckle on the nose, followed by a whisper of cacao nib and dried apricot. Balanced sugars keep this honey fluid for months; when crystals form they’re small and creamy, spreading like silk and melting instantly—perfect for drum pumps and long production runs.

Pure, Raw & Unfiltered integrity

Frames are spun at ambient temperature and coarse-strained only. No pasteurization, no ultrafine filters—so pollen, live enzymes and fragrant volatiles stay intact. The result is a clean-label ingredient rich in natural antioxidants and true terroir.

661-lb drum advantages

  • Industrial efficiency – One pallet-ready, food-grade HDPE/steel drum (≈ 300 kg) replaces eleven 60-lb pails, slashing unit cost and packaging waste.

  • Pump-friendly handling – Dual 2-in. bungs accept sanitary drum pumps or air-powered unloaders; forklift channels and drum grippers speed dock transfers.

  • Consistent production – A single large lot ensures uniform color and flavor across extended bakery, beverage or co-packing runs while minimizing changeovers.

Culinary versatility

  • Breakfast & bakery – Drizzle on crêpes, waffles or granola; brush over almond biscotti or tres-leches cakes for floral lift.

  • Beverages – Stir into pour-over coffee, matcha or iced chai—sweetens without masking origin flavors.

  • Dressings & marinades – Whisk with lime, cilantro and olive oil to balance acidity with soft sweetness.

  • Glazes – Finish caramelized carrots, pork tenderloin or roasted stone fruit with a subtle jasmine-cacao accent.

Why choose our Coffee Blossom Honey 661-lb Drum?

For roasters, baristas and chefs seeking a liquid bridge between café culture and kitchen craft. Light-amber brightness, jasmine-cacao bouquet and raw integrity elevate everything from morning lattes to gourmet plates—while the 661-lb drum delivers unbeatable scale, pump-ready convenience and pallet-smart logistics. Bring origin terroir, gentle color and balanced sweetness to every batch with one production-ready pour.

A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

  • Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.

  • Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.

  • Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
