Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised on our website.

Because honey is a natural product, color, texture, aroma, and flavor may vary depending on floral source, season, harvest, and origin. These natural variations are part of real honey and do not qualify as a product defect when the product received matches the item purchased and the specifications listed on our website.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed automatically. We may request photos, order information, product details, or that the item be returned before approving any resolution.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Used, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for a refund unless we determine there was a verified quality issue.

Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund directly through Honey Blossom. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their return policy.

Honey Blossom reserves the right to deny refund requests where the product was delivered as described, where the concern is based only on personal taste preference, or where the request falls outside the terms of this policy.

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

A mango fruit, and a hexagon demonstrating the Amber hue
  • Total price: $299.88
  • Net weight: 60 lb
  • Price per pound: $4.99/ lb

Drawn from the lush panicles of Mangifera indica that bloom across Mexico’s coastal lowlands each dry season, this single-floral honey tastes like mango season captured in a jar. Its Amber hue—rich sunset gold—signals tropical pollen pigments and gentle, unheated handling, offering depth without the heaviness of darker honeys.

Robust mango-citrus flavor & fine crystallization

Aroma evokes ripe mango peel, vanilla pollen and orchard blossoms after rain. Flavor opens with caramel-tinged sweetness, rises into soft mango fruit and citrus blossom, then finishes clean with a hint of spice—never syrupy, never cloying. A high fructose-to-glucose ratio keeps the honey pourable for months; when it eventually crystallizes, it forms velvet-fine granules that spread like butter and dissolve instantly.

Pure, Raw & Unfiltered integrity

Frames are pulled within 24 h of capping, spun at ambient temperature and gravity-strained only—no pasteurization, no ultrafiltration—so enzymes, volatiles and micronutrients stay intact, giving you a clean-label ingredient that mirrors the orchard’s aroma.

60-lb bucket advantages

  • Production-scale savings – One food-grade pail equals sixty retail jars, cutting cost per pound and packaging waste.

  • Pump-ready lid – Wide-mouth, tear-strip lid fits standard bucket pumps; side handle ensures smooth, controlled pours.

  • Pallet efficiency – Stackable footprint streamlines storage for bakeries, cafés and co-packers.

A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

  • Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.

  • Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.

  • Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
