These natural variations are part of real honey and do not qualify as a product defect when the product received matches the item purchased and the specifications listed on our website.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed automatically. We may request photos, order information, product details, or that the item be returned before approving any resolution.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Used, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for a refund unless we determine there was a verified quality issue.

Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund directly through Honey Blossom. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their return policy.

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

⚡️ Limited-Harvest - A once-a-year harvest, handled raw and unfiltered.

  • Total price: $249.98
  • Net weight: 60 lb
  • Price per pound: $4.16/ lb

During a brief 2–3-week bloom each March–April, Citrus sinensis groves on Mexico’s Gulf and Pacific coasts explode with fragrant white blossoms. Bees foraging exclusively on this nectar craft a White-grade orange-blossom honey—pale straw and nearly water-clear. Lighter than Extra Light Amber, it provides maximum clarity for beverages and recipes where color matters.

Crisp citrus-floral flavor & silky crystallization

Aroma opens with fresh orange zest, then soft jasmine and a hint of vanilla. Flavor starts bright and citrus, settles into a smooth honeyed body, and ends clean and dry with no molasses heft. A moderate fructose-to-glucose ratio keeps the honey fluid for weeks; natural crystallization produces fine, soft crystals that spread easily. Warm gently (~38 °C / 100 °F) to return it to pourable perfection without flavor loss.

Pure, Raw & Unfiltered integrity

Hives sit within 3 km of the groves; frames are hand-uncapped, spun at ambient temperature, and coarse-strained only—no pasteurization or ultrafiltration. Forty-eight hours of gravity settling remove air bubbles while preserving pollen, enzymes and delicate citrus volatiles.

60-lb bucket advantages

  • Food-service efficiency – One food-grade pail equals sixty retail jars, lowering cost per pound and reducing packaging waste.

  • Pump-ready lid – Wide-mouth, tear-strip cover fits standard bucket pumps; side handle gives controlled, mess-free pours.

  • Space-smart storage – Stackable footprint fits busy kitchens, bakeries and craft beverage labs.

A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

  • Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.

  • Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.

  • Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
