Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Used, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for a refund unless we determine there was a verified quality issue.

Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund directly through Honey Blossom. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their return policy.

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

Every late-March burst in Mexico’s Veracruz, Colima and Yucatán groves gives bees a narrow 3-week window to gather pure Citrus sinensis nectar. The reward is a Light Amber honey—deep gold that catches sunlight yet stays bright enough for clear beverages. This richer tone carries slightly higher polyphenols and minerals than paler grades, delivering both character and color.

Bright citrus-floral flavor & creamy crystallization

Aroma explodes with orange zest and jasmine-like blossom, grounded by warm citrus peel. On the palate: vivid citrus up-front, honeyed mid-body, a clean vanilla whisper on the finish. A moderate F/G ratio means the honey pours smoothly for months; eventual crystals are soft and creamy, maintaining spreadability and aroma. Gentle warming (~38 °C / 100 °F) returns it to a silky flow without nutrient loss.

Pure, Raw & Unfiltered integrity

Supers are hand-uncapped, spun at room temperature, and coarse-strained only—no pasteurization, no ultrafiltration. A 48-hour natural settle lets air bubbles rise before filling, preserving live enzymes, pollen and volatile aromatics for a clean-label ingredient.

661-lb drum advantages

  • Industrial efficiency – One pallet-ready HDPE/steel drum (~300 kg) replaces eleven 60-lb pails, slashing unit cost and packaging waste.

  • Pump-friendly handling – Dual 2-in. bungs accept sanitary drum pumps; built-in forklift channels and drum grippers speed dock moves.

  • Scarcity hedge – A single drum drains nectar from several orchards; reserving now secures supply for year-round production before the next 11-month wait.

Culinary versatility

Application Why It Shines
Craft beverages Adds floral brightness to kombucha, RTD teas, citrus meads without haze
Baking & pastry Caramelizes to light mahogany in brioche, granola, lemon madeleines
Gourmet condiments Balances acidity & heat in hot honey, citrus vinaigrettes, chutneys
Cheese & charcuterie Cuts creamy cheeses with fragrant citrus-floral lift

A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

  • Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.

  • Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.

  • Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
