Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised on our website.

Because honey is a natural product, color, texture, aroma, and flavor may vary depending on floral source, season, harvest, and origin. These natural variations are part of real honey and do not qualify as a product defect when the product received matches the item purchased and the specifications listed on our website.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed automatically. We may request photos, order information, product details, or that the item be returned before approving any resolution.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Used, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for a refund unless we determine there was a verified quality issue.

Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund directly through Honey Blossom. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their return policy.

Honey Blossom reserves the right to deny refund requests where the product was delivered as described, where the concern is based only on personal taste preference, or where the request falls outside the terms of this policy.

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

Some Tamarinds, and honey jars filled with tamarind honey
  • Total price: $349.98
  • Net weight: 60 lb
  • Price per pound: $5.83/ lb

Drawn from the brief bloom of Tamarindus indica, a tropical tree cherished for its sweet-sour pods, this honey captures Mexico’s humid, sun-baked orchards in liquid form. Its Amber hue (≈ > 90 Pfund) shines warm gold—deeper than light ambers, yet luminous enough to brighten glazes, beverages and bottling. The color hints at balanced acidity, mineral richness and mature flavor.

Robust flavor & moderate crystallization

Aroma opens with subtle citrus and dried fruit over an earthy-sweet backdrop. Flavor starts with a tropical tang, flows into smooth golden sweetness, then lingers with whispers of dried fig and date. A moderate fructose-to-glucose ratio keeps the honey fluid longer than most amber varietals; when raw crystallization sets in, it forms a medium-fine grain that spreads easily and stirs back to liquid with gentle warming.

Pure, Raw & Unfiltered integrity

Frames are harvested at peak bloom, spun at ambient temperature and gravity-strained only—no pasteurization, no ultrafiltration. Live enzymes, pollen and delicate aromatic compounds remain intact, delivering a clean-label ingredient loaded with antioxidants and authentic tamarind terroir.

60-lb bucket advantages

  • Food-service economy – One food-grade pail equals sixty retail jars, trimming cost per pound and reducing packaging waste.

  • Pump-ready lid – Wide-mouth, tear-strip cover fits standard bucket pumps; side handle ensures controlled, mess-free pours.

  • Space-smart storage – Stackable footprint integrates easily into busy kitchens, bakeries and craft beverage labs without the bulk of drums.

Culinary versatility

Application Why It Works
Marinades & glazes Adds tangy depth to chilli-lime, soy or ginger marinades for pork, chicken or tofu
Teas & tonics Brightens herbal or spiced brews with tropical acidity and gentle sweetness
Roasted vegetables Balances earthy squash, carrots or sweet potato with sweet-sour lift
Fruit toppings Drizzle over grilled pineapple, papaya or mango for a caramelized finish
Dressings & sauces Rounds out citrus vinaigrettes, chutneys and tamarind sauces with body and bloom

Why choose our Tamarind Honey 60-lb Bucket?

When ordinary honey won’t do, this amber varietal delivers nuance, flair and unmistakable tropical character. Chefs, mixologists and wellness formulators gain a raw, unfiltered ingredient that elevates recipes with sweet-tangy complexity—while the 60-lb bucket provides cost-effective, pump-friendly convenience for artisan-scale production.

A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

  • Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.

  • Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.

  • Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
