Because honey is a natural product, color, texture, aroma, and flavor may vary depending on floral source, season, harvest, and origin. These natural variations are part of real honey and do not qualify as a product defect when the product received matches the item purchased and the specifications listed on our website.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed automatically. We may request photos, order information, product details, or that the item be returned before approving any resolution.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Used, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for a refund unless we determine there was a verified quality issue.

Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund directly through Honey Blossom. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their return policy.

Honey Blossom reserves the right to deny refund requests where the product was delivered as described, where the concern is based only on personal taste preference, or where the request falls outside the terms of this policy.

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

In Mexico’s high-altitude valleys, Helianthus annuus thrives under warm days and cool nights. Bees turn its nectar into Extra Light Amber honey—radiant pale gold with a naturally creamy opacity. Lighter than standard ambers yet richer than white grades, it lends sunlit warmth and subtle flavor to bulk recipes and beverage bases.

Gentle seed-floral flavor & buttery crystallization

Aroma hints of wildflowers, warm grain and dried herbs. Flavor unfolds with toasted sunflower-seed sweetness, a touch of vanilla and soft pollen honey-notes, finishing clean with no sharp edges. Sunflower honey crystallizes rapidly, forming fine micro-granules that create a butter-smooth texture—ideal for creamed or whipped formats and direct table use.

Pure, Raw & Unfiltered integrity

Frames are harvested at mid-summer peak, spun at ambient temperature and gravity-strained only—no pasteurization, no ultrafiltration. Live enzymes, pollen and delicate flavor volatiles remain intact, delivering a clean-label ingredient that stays true to its highland origin.

A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

  • Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.

  • Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.

  • Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
