Because honey is a natural product, color, texture, aroma, and flavor may vary depending on floral source, season, harvest, and origin. These natural variations are part of real honey and do not qualify as a product defect when the product received matches the item purchased and the specifications listed on our website.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed automatically. We may request photos, order information, product details, or that the item be returned before approving any resolution.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Used, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for a refund unless we determine there was a verified quality issue.

Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund directly through Honey Blossom. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their return policy.

Honey Blossom reserves the right to deny refund requests where the product was delivered as described, where the concern is based only on personal taste preference, or where the request falls outside the terms of this policy.

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

  • Net weight: 60 lb
  • Price per pound: $4.99/ lb

Harvested from the highland regions and arid deserts of Mexico, this single floral honey is gathered from the resilient Prosopis (mesquite) tree. Often regarded as a desert superfood, this premium white honey captures the essence of spring. It presents a delicate, water clear lightness that rapidly transforms into a bright, thick, and creamy white texture once crystallized.

Complex Flavor Profile & Velvety Texture

The aroma features bright, fruity notes with a hint of soft wildflowers. On the palate, the sweetness is mild and understated. It reveals light caramel, a touch of vanilla, and a subtle earthy woodiness that perfectly balances the flavor, finishing with an intriguing, faint citrus note. Because of its natural sugar profile, Mesquite Honey crystallizes very quickly into a velvety, thick, and slightly grainy spread. This unique, fast setting nature makes it the absolute best choice for creamed honey formulations and rich bakery fillings.

Pure, Raw & Unfiltered Integrity

Sourced directly from blooming mesquite groves, this honey goes straight from the hive to the bucket. It is gravity strained at ambient temperatures with absolutely no pasteurization or ultrafiltration. Live enzymes, native pollen, and all natural aromatics remain completely intact, ensuring a pure, clean label ingredient.

60 lb Pail Advantages

  • Production Scale Economy: One food grade bucket dramatically reduces your cost per pound and minimizes packaging waste compared to retail sizes.

  • Facility Friendly: The wide mouth, tear strip lid accommodates standard commercial pumps, and the sturdy side handle ensures controlled, smooth pouring.

  • Optimized Storage: The stackable design saves valuable floor space in bakeries, breweries, and manufacturing facilities.

A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

  • Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.

  • Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.

  • Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
