Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised on our website.

Because honey is a natural product, color, texture, aroma, and flavor may vary depending on floral source, season, harvest, and origin. These natural variations are part of real honey and do not qualify as a product defect when the product received matches the item purchased and the specifications listed on our website.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed automatically. We may request photos, order information, product details, or that the item be returned before approving any resolution.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Used, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for a refund unless we determine there was a verified quality issue.

Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund directly through Honey Blossom. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their return policy.

Honey Blossom reserves the right to deny refund requests where the product was delivered as described, where the concern is based only on personal taste preference, or where the request falls outside the terms of this policy.

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

Some lychee, and a hexagon demonstrating the "Light Amber" honey tone.
  • Total price: $2,313.50
  • Net weight: 661 lb
  • Price per pound: $3.50/ lb

Drawn from late-winter blooms of Litchi chinensis along Mexico’s Gulf coast and Chiapas’ Soconusco valleys, this honey captures the orchard’s fleeting two-week flowering. Its Light Amber tone glows pale gold—delicate enough for premium infusions yet warm enough to lend gentle color to pastries and bottled beverages.

Bright floral-fruit flavor & ultra-fine crystallization

Aroma evokes fresh lychee blossom, rose petal and a whisper of tropical melon. Flavor opens with airy floral sweetness, lifts into juicy stone-fruit notes, then finishes with a clean hint of vanilla pollen—no bitterness, no heavy after-taste. High fructose keeps the honey fluid for months; when crystals do form, they’re velvet-fine, dissolving instantly for café pumps, beverage dosing or whipped formats.

Pure, Raw & Unfiltered integrity

Frames are pulled within 24 h of capping, spun at ambient temperature and gravity-strained only—never pasteurized or ultra-filtered. Live enzymes, pollen and volatile esters stay intact, giving processors a clean-label ingredient that mirrors the orchard’s fragrance.

661-lb drum advantages

  • Industrial efficiency – One pallet-ready HDPE/steel drum (≈ 300 kg) replaces eleven 60-lb pails, slashing unit cost and packaging waste.

  • Pump-friendly handling – Dual 2-inch bungs accept sanitary drum pumps; forklift channels and drum grippers speed dock moves.

  • Consistent production – A single large lot ensures uniform color and flavor across extended beverage, bakery or co-packing runs with minimal changeovers.

Culinary versatility

Application Why It Shines
Premium teas & tisanes Sweetens green, oolong or jasmine without masking delicate notes
Tropical desserts Elevates panna cotta, sorbet and chiffon cake with floral-fruit nuance
Breakfast bowls & crêpes Drizzle over yogurt, açai or fresh mango for exotic lift
Cocktails & shrubs Adds clear sweetness and lychee aroma to gin fizzes or spritzers
Cheese & charcuterie Complements mild chèvre, Brie and prosciutto with fragrant elegance

Why choose our Lychee Honey 661-lb Drum?

Harvested once a year and packed raw, Lychee Honey offers chefs, beverage developers and processors a rare snapshot of tropical spring—light-amber clarity, extended pourability and a graceful bouquet that echoes the orchard’s prized fruit. The 661-lb drum delivers pump-ready convenience, pallet-smart logistics and unbeatable cost control, turning large-batch recipes into vibrant, aromatic experiences.

A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

  • Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.

  • Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.

  • Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
