Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised on our website.

Because honey is a natural product, color, texture, aroma, and flavor may vary depending on floral source, season, harvest, and origin. These natural variations are part of real honey and do not qualify as a product defect when the product received matches the item purchased and the specifications listed on our website.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed automatically. We may request photos, order information, product details, or that the item be returned before approving any resolution.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Used, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for a refund unless we determine there was a verified quality issue.

Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund directly through Honey Blossom. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their return policy.

Honey Blossom reserves the right to deny refund requests where the product was delivered as described, where the concern is based only on personal taste preference, or where the request falls outside the terms of this policy.

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

Some lemons, and a hexagon demonstrating the "extra light amber" honey tone.
  • Total price: $2,313.50
  • Net weight: 661 lb
  • Price per pound: $3.5/ lb

Collected from Citrus limon blossoms that burst into waves of fragrance each spring and late summer, this single-floral honey channels the vitality of Mediterranean-style groves. Its Extra Light Amber hue—a pale, golden clarity—signals minimal oxidation and low mineral content, delivering refined flavor without color heaviness.

Crisp, citrus-kissed flavor & fine crystallization

A bouquet of fresh lemon blossom and soft wildflowers leads into a clean, uplifting sweetness with a gentle citrus zing—not sour, just bright. A balanced F/G ratio keeps the honey pourable for months; when crystals eventually form, they’re tiny and creamy, creating a smooth, spoonable texture that spreads and whips effortlessly.

Pure, Raw & Unfiltered integrity

Frames are harvested at peak bloom, spun at ambient temperature, and gravity-strained only—no pasteurization, no ultrafiltration. Live enzymes, pollen and delicate aromatics remain intact, giving formulators a clean-label ingredient rich in natural antioxidants and grove-fresh aroma.

661-lb drum advantages

  • Industrial efficiency – One pallet-ready HDPE/steel drum (≈ 300 kg) replaces eleven 60-lb pails, cutting unit cost and packaging waste.

  • Pump-friendly handling – Dual 2-inch bungs fit sanitary drum pumps; forklift channels and drum grippers speed dock moves.

  • Consistent production – A single large lot ensures uniform color and flavor across extended beverage, bakery, or co-packing runs with minimal changeovers.

A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

  • Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.

  • Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.

  • Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
