100% Satisfaction Guarantee

At Honey Blossom, we stand behind the quality of our honey. Every order is prepared and shipped according to the product description, specifications, size, and variety listed on our website.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@thehoneyblossom.com within 30 days of receiving your order so our team can review the situation and work with you toward a fair resolution.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised on our website.

Because honey is a natural product, color, texture, aroma, and flavor may vary depending on floral source, season, harvest, and origin. These natural variations are part of real honey and do not qualify as a product defect when the product received matches the item purchased and the specifications listed on our website.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed automatically. We may request photos, order information, product details, or that the item be returned before approving any resolution.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Used, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for a refund unless we determine there was a verified quality issue.

Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund directly through Honey Blossom. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their return policy.

Honey Blossom reserves the right to deny refund requests where the product was delivered as described, where the concern is based only on personal taste preference, or where the request falls outside the terms of this policy.

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

some figs and jars filled with dark amber honey
  • Total price: $210.00
  • Net weight: 60 lb
  • Price per pound: $3.5/ lb

Sourced from the hidden blossoms inside Ficus carica fruit, Fig Honey is a true rarity. Bees slip through tiny openings in the fig’s inverted flowers to gather a nectar packed with minerals and complexity. The result is a lustrous Dark Amber honey (>120 Pfund) whose mahogany glow signals elevated antioxidant and mineral levels—darker honeys routinely test higher in both than pale varieties.

Robust flavor & velvety crystallization

Expect deep earth-sweet notes of dried fig, toasted nuts, molasses and warm spice. The texture is naturally dense and coats the palate, then sets into fine, creamy crystals that whip or spread like ganache—no coarse grains, only indulgent smoothness.

Pure, Raw & Unfiltered integrity

Frames are lifted at peak ripeness and gravity-strained only—never pasteurized, never ultra-filtered. Raw honey “retains most of the beneficial nutrients and antioxidants that it naturally contains,” unlike heavily processed varieties. Every bucket preserves live enzymes, pollen and polyphenols for authentic flavor and clean-label nutrition.

60-lb bucket advantages

  • Production-scale savings – One food-grade pail equals sixty retail jars, slashing unit cost and packaging waste.

  • Pump-ready lid – Wide-mouth, tear-strip lid fits standard bucket pumps; side handle makes decanting easy.

  • Warehouse-smart – Stackable, pallet-friendly buckets ship securely and optimize storage for bakeries, restaurants and co-packers.

A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

  • Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.

  • Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.

  • Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
