Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised on our website.

Because honey is a natural product, color, texture, aroma, and flavor may vary depending on floral source, season, harvest, and origin. These natural variations are part of real honey and do not qualify as a product defect when the product received matches the item purchased and the specifications listed on our website.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed automatically. We may request photos, order information, product details, or that the item be returned before approving any resolution.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Used, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for a refund unless we determine there was a verified quality issue.

Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund directly through Honey Blossom. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their return policy.

Honey Blossom reserves the right to deny refund requests where the product was delivered as described, where the concern is based only on personal taste preference, or where the request falls outside the terms of this policy.

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

A clover flower, and 3 jars filled with extra light amber honey
  • Total price: $8,232.84
  • Net weight: 3,267 lb
  • Price per pound: $2.52/ lb

Harvested from spring and early-summer blooms of Mexican red and white clover (Trifolium spp.), this honey gleams a brilliant Extra Light Amber. That gentle gold signals low mineral content for a clean, delicate palate and meticulous low-oxygen handling that locks in clarity. Where white clover whispers, extra-light amber clover speaks a touch louder—adding flavor lift without the deep hues or robust notes of darker honeys.

Delicate flavor & fine crystallization

Soft meadow-flower aroma and warm hay give way to mellow sweetness kissed by subtle caramel. Balanced sugars keep the honey pourable for weeks; when it finally crystallizes, it forms tiny, velvety granules that spread like butter and melt on the tongue—never gritty.

Pure, Raw & Unfiltered integrity

Frames are pulled at peak bloom, spun at ambient temperature and gravity-strained only. No pasteurization, no ultrafine filters. Live enzymes, pollen and antioxidants stay intact, giving you a clean-label ingredient that tastes exactly like the meadow it came from.

3,267-lb IBC tote advantages

  • Maximum economy – One reusable, food-grade IBC tote (≈ 1,482 kg) replaces dozens of drums, slashing unit cost and packaging waste.

  • High-volume flow – 2-in. bottom discharge valve connects to sanitary hoses for rapid, pump-fed production; wide top manway simplifies CIP and visual inspection.

  • Pallet-smart logistics – Steel-cage design fits a standard 48 × 40 in. pallet footprint with four-way forklift pockets, making dock moves fast and secure.

Culinary versatility

  • Tea & beverages – Sweetens black, green or herbal teas without overpowering delicate aromatics.

  • Breakfast heroes – Drizzle on pancakes, granola, biscuits or French toast for clean, floral lift.

  • Savory glazes & marinades – Balance salty ham glazes, mustard dressings or soy-based sauces with gentle sweetness.

  • Baking – Keeps muffins, light cakes and honey cornbread moist while adding soft crumb and golden sheen.

  • Cheese & fruit boards – Complements Brie, Manchego and ricotta; pairs beautifully with apples, figs and toasted almonds.

Why choose our Clover Honey 3,267-lb IBC Tote?

A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

  • Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.

  • Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.

  • Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
