Because honey is a natural product, color, texture, aroma, and flavor may vary depending on floral source, season, harvest, and origin. These natural variations are part of real honey and do not qualify as a product defect when the product received matches the item purchased and the specifications listed on our website.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed automatically. We may request photos, order information, product details, or that the item be returned before approving any resolution.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Used, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for a refund unless we determine there was a verified quality issue.

Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund directly through Honey Blossom. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their return policy.

Honey Blossom reserves the right to deny refund requests where the product was delivered as described, where the concern is based only on personal taste preference, or where the request falls outside the terms of this policy.

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

Light floral flavor & smooth crystallization

Our Wildflower Honey offers a light and refined flavor profile with a soft amber hue that captures the essence of natural wildflower fields. Its mild taste is ideal for those seeking a premium honey with both subtlety and versatility.

The high F/G ratio helps support extended fluidity, making this honey well suited for production lines, foodservice programs and bulk dispensing. Natural crystallization may occur over time, and the included heating pad helps maintain gentle warmth when needed, supporting a smooth pour and steady flow.

    Pure, Raw & Unfiltered integrity

Each batch is raw and unfiltered, preserving its natural enzymes, pollen and authentic floral character. This process helps ensure high quality and purity while maintaining the honey’s clean, natural taste.

    A Natural Process: Honey Crystallization

Raw, 100% pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in larger containers like buckets, drums, and totes. This doesn’t mean it’s old or spoiled. It’s actually a sign that the honey hasn’t been overheated, diluted, or over-processed.

    • Crystallization happens when natural sugars in real honey form tiny crystals.

    • Texture may become thick, grainy, or semi-solid, but flavor and quality remain the same.

    • Enzymes, aroma, and beneficial nutrients stay intact because the honey is still raw.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, gently warm the closed container or the portion you need in a warm water bath and stir until smooth. Avoid boiling, direct flame, or high-heat microwaving, as excessive heat can damage the honey’s natural properties.
