Orange Blossom Honey is characterized by its special flavor and refined aroma.
The orange trees bloom in March and April and produce white honey and even extra clear honey with a scent of orange blossoms.
The flowers of the orange trees are small, but they give off a pleasant and penetrating smell that is perceived from considerable distance.

The most suitable climate for the cultivation of the orange tree is the hot one of maritime type, where winters are mild, summers not very hot and mild temperatures between day and night.
It grows in states with tropical climate: Veracruz, Tamaulipas, San Luis Potosi, Hidalgo, Oaxaca, Nuevo Leon, Yucatan, Tabasco, Chiapas and Colima, among others
