How do we know if we're buying adulterated honey?

Does honey solidify?

If you buy a jar of honey that has already crystallized, it is pure honey.
When you buy a bottle of liquid honey, you can wait a few days to see if it solidifies or you can put it in the fridge
to speed up the process. If the honey never crystallizes, there is a high probability that it is adulterated honey.
